I would like to point out that it is almost impossible to find litter bins at Tampines interchange. Even if I manage to find one, it would be overflown with trash. This is a real ugly sight. There is simply not enough bins to go around the interchange.

I understand that littering is an ungracious act but, in order for the litter problem to be contained, I believe that enough bins should be placed around those areas before the authorities take further action on litterbugs.
