I REFER to Ms Lee Li Mei's letter, 'Billed $168 for GPRS charges by M1 but service provider could not say which site customer went to' (Online forum, Oct 9).
We note Ms Lee's feedback that, in the course of her enquiries, our customer service level had fallen short of her expectations. We thank her for her comments and will review our procedures to make improvements where appropriate.
As for the GPRS charges, we have ascertained that it is not due to a billing error. We have since contacted Ms Lee to offer our assistance and she has accepted our proposed resolution to the matter.
