Safety is of paramount importance to McDonald's, be it pertaining to the welfare of our customers, employees or the community we are part of.

We regret to hear about Mr Wong and his family's recent encounter and would like to extend our deepest apologies for the delivery rider's misconduct.

We have since followed up with the delivery company and in addition to reprimanding the rider concerned, the company is instituting a series of refresher training for all the delivery riders.
