SINGAPORE's fourth university - the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) - will open in April 2012.
Students enrolled in the school can expect to complete their studies in three and a half years and graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in one of these four areas: Architecture and Sustainable Design, Engineering Product Design, EngineeringSystems and System Design and Information Engineering and Design.
The first admissions exercise will take place on Saturday. For this exercise, SUTD welcomes applications from students who have obtained their Cambridge A-level qualifications or the equivalent at a sitting in 2009, or earlier as well as students who will graduate in 2010 or earlier with a diploma from a polytechnic here.
