PRIME MINISTER Lee Hsien Loong plunged right in to the controversial issue of encouraging Singaporeans to have more babies once again when he spoke at his National Day Rally this year.
In less than a month, more than 400 entries streamed in for our National Day Special contest on “Where we call home”. We have featured the top entries in today’s print version of the National Day Special, but we also wanted to highlight others that may not have won a prize, but were noteworthy in their own ways.
