LONDON - BRITISH Prime Minister Gordon Brown will host a meeting to discuss the turbulence on global financial markets in London on January 29, a spokesman for the prime minister said on Friday.
The spokesman said the attendants and agenda were yet to be decided.
Mr Brown told a new conference earlier this week he would meet German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Italy's Romano Prodi this month to discuss measures to 'deal with the global financial turbulence'. -- REUTERS
