NEW DELHI - WORLD number four Ernie Els said on Wednesday he will return to contest the Barclays Singapore Open this year, and suggested he may also be back in India to play.
The South African missed the cut at the lucrative Singapore tournament last year, but with prize money for the November event being boosted to five million dollars, he is making sure it is on his hectic schedule.
'My schedule this year is really to just get the best out of my game around the majors,' he said on the sidelines of the Indian Masters.
'I'm taking two weeks off after this, back to London, then one week in South Africa, then Florida and the US right through to the Masters.'
'Then I'll do the same around the other majors, but obviously I'll be at Singapore and maybe one more in Asia. Maybe I'll come back for the Indian Open, we'll see.'
