If you are a parent, you are probably trying your best to fill up your child's calendar for the month without burning a hole in your pocket.
This is especially crucial amid rising food prices and fuel costs, among other things.
Take Madam Low Peng Ni, 39, for example. The housewife used to spend anything from $200 to $400 on holiday courses for her 10-year-old daughter Serene.
