This year's parade on Feb 16 has a store of surprises for viewers. It will kick off with the biggest-ever opening ceremony in Chingay history.
The celebrations that evening will continue into the night with a post-Chingay street party called City Jam, which is scheduled to take place between 11pm and 4am.
