Golfer Angel Cabrera being escorted by security personnel after winning the Barclays Singapore Open at Sentosa yesterday. He sealed his victory by hitting a birdie on the 18th hole to card a one-over-par 72 for the day and eight-under-par 276 for the tournament. He won US$634,000 (S$920,000).
It was enough to edge out Vijay Singh by a stroke. Vijay had staged a late rally, carding a 67 yesterday to ensure a thrilling end.
