Madam Valli, 52, claims that the six people helped two priests to force an exorcism on her at the Novena Church on Aug 10, 2004.
She claims to have been traumatised by the experience and is seeking compensation from the Redemptorist Order which runs the church, the two priests and the six church-goers.
Madam Valli and her family said that she had fainted in church and was led to a room where she was held down and assaulted.
The defendants, however, said that her family had asked the priests to pray over her as she was possessed.
The defence has tried to establish that Madam Valli was faking her symptoms of trauma and mental illness, although her doctors have stuck to their diagnoses.
Her lawyer has accused the two priests of being negligent while trying to expel spirits from her. Father Simon Tan and Father Jacob Ong insist that no exorcism was carried out.
Four more church-goers are expected to testify today.
