The housewife got her pet dog, a shih tzu, to bite her Indonesian maid's thigh and finger in 2005. The dog bites left the maid with 11 bruises on her right thigh and marks on her left middle finger.
Tay, who has three grown-up children, also threw objects - including a knife - at her maid. On another occasion, she grabbed and squeezed the 24-year-old maid's breasts.
Last Thursday, Tay was sentenced to 20 months in jail.

The finance officer used marker pens and drew lines on her maid's face in 2005.
It left her maid, Sri Hartuti Rokiman, 25, an Indonesian, with scratches on her face.
On previous occasions, Ang also pinched Miss Sri Hartuti and poked her head with a finger.
On June 26, the mother-of-two was jailed three weeks and fined $1,500 for hurting the maid over a two-month period in 2005.

In February last year, Lim, an aircraft engineer, kicked his maid, Ms Ida Lestari Ningsih, 25, after she had placed a pail used to wash rags in the kitchen sink.
Khaw, a former Singapore Airlines stewardess, grabbed the maid's breasts after scolding her for scratching her head while refilling an electric flask. Khaw also punched the maid in the right eye after complaining that she was falling asleep.
Khaw's final act of abuse, grabbing the maid's hair and banging her head on the floor, came after the housewife scolded her for wringing a wet handkerchief with one hand.
The couple, who have three children, were sentenced on June 3 - he got four weeks' jail; she got six weeks.
