THE exchange got testy several times during Senior Counsel Jimmy Yim's (below) cross-examination of one of Madam Valli's doctors, Professor Ong Thiew Chai (bottom), yesterday.

When Mr Yim asked Prof Ong to hand over his personal notes, the psychiatrist refused, saying they contained his observations.

Justice Lee Seiu Kin: All the more they are entitled to look at them.

Prof Ong: All the more they will find fault with them.

Mr Yim: If there is fault, then all the more it should be found.
