What the case is about
IN APRIL 2006, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew sued SDP and its leadership for defamation arising from articles in its newsletter, The New Democrat, which drew parallels between how the Government was run and the National Kidney Foundation under T. T. Durai was run.
