Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Wong Kan Seng yesterday signed the condolence book for Sichuan earthquake victims at the Chinese Embassy in the Republic.

DPM Wong is the co-chairman of the Singapore-China Joint Council For Bilateral Cooperation.

'In the book, DPM offered his deepest condolences to the victims and families of the earthquake disaster,' said a statement from Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
