This will identify how FST athletes can be better integrated into the Singapore education system, and the role the Singapore Sports School can play in providing education, assimilation and integration opportunities.
For a start, proper recruitment by the national sports associations (NSAs) must be in place.
Local talent development is also of prime focus.

The evaluation process for athletes has lots of room for improvement.
I rate my Singaporean citizenship as my most-prized possession, and it should not be given out lightly.
Let's be more stringent in giving out citizenships, and have more rounds of interviews to ensure that we are giving it to the right people.
