LEARN how to put out a fire or give someone the kiss of life. Take an up-close look at the state-of-the-art Bionix II Infantry Fighting Vehicle and the Spartan Unmanned Surface Vehicle, which belong to the Singapore Armed Forces.

These are just some activities that visitors to the Total Defence Exhibition 2008 can experience.

The roving exhibition, which is co-organised by the Ministry of Defence, will kick off its week-long run at the Singapore Discovery Centre from Feb 12.

On Feb 22, it will move to the Tampines Linkway near the Tampines MRT and bus interchange, where it will stay till Feb24.

Its last stop will be the Toa Payoh HDB Hub, where visitors can stop by between Feb 29 and March 2.
