Downtown Line stage 3 which connects towns such as Tampines, Bedok Reservoir and MacPherson to the Marina Bay area will be completed in 2016.
Circle Line stage 3 which connects Marymount, Lorong Chuan and Bartley to Bishan and Serangoon will be completed by mid-2009.
Thomson and West Coast stations, which were not to be opened originally, will now be opened.
