Two young women were found dead on Thursday in the bathroom of a chalet at the Aloha Changi resort.
Paramedics pronounced Ms Teo Wan Si, 20, and Ms Chua Hui Hsien, 24, dead at about 2am.
The police found their bodies after searching the resort, following a missing persons report to the police for the younger woman on Wednesday.
Chinese language evening daily Lianhe Wanbao reported that the chalet was locked from the inside when the police arrived.
