Has Rag & Flag Day lost its significance as a freshmen event, descending into a competition where participants seek to win at all cost?

That's among the questions posed by some students behind Rag To Riches, a documentary about the National University of Singapore (NUS) tradition, which dates back to 1957.

The National University of Singapore Students' Union (Nussu) Rag & Flag Day is part of freshmen orientation activities at NUS.

This year, 18 participating bodies from the various faculties and halls took part in the annual event.
