CELEBRATING Singapore's 46th birthday, the National Heritage Board (NHB) is granting free admission for seven of its museums to all Singaporeans and permanent residents in August.
The free admission for Singaporeans and PRs is valid from Monday (Aug 1) to Aug 31. The seven museums are the Asian Civilisation Museum, National Museum of Singapore, Singapore Art Museum, Singapore Philatelic Museum, Peranakan Museum, Memories at Old Ford Factory and Reflections at Bukit Chandu.

The museums will also be having an open house on National Day (Aug 9) and Hari Raya (Aug 30).
On these Open House days, admission is free for all - to all galleries and exhibitions including special exhibitions, such as Terracotta Warriors: The First Emperor and His Legacy at Asian Civilisation Museum, Abbas, 45 Years in Photography at National Museum of Singapore as well as Art Garden at Singapore Art Museum.
