Man filmed women, jailed

AN IT engineer hiding in a toilet cubicle secretly used a digital camera and filmed nine women in the toilet at the KK Women's and Children's Hospital.

His last victim was the 29-year-old wife of a police officer who caught him in the act. Susanrito, a 35-year-old Singapore permanent resident from Indonesia, was arrested.

Yesterday, he was jailed for 13 weeks after he admitted to offences which included insulting the modesty of the women.

Susanrito was caught shortly after the policeman's wife went into a cubicle in the unisex toilet in the basement of KKH.

She saw a hand holding a camera behind the air vent at the bottom right side of the wall near the toilet bowl.

Susanrito was in the adjoining cubicle.
