Florida bans fish pedicure

TALLAHASSEE (Florida) - A TRENDY pedicure that lets fish nibble dead skin from the feet has been nipped in the bud by Florida regulators.

The Florida Board of Cosmetology has banned the procedure, even before it was known to be offered anywhere in the state, The Miami Herald reported. The board says it decided to issue the decision before it became a problem.

Kids die from pesticide fumes

JEDDAH (Saudi Arabia) - TWO Danish children have died in Saudi Arabia after inhaling poisonous pesticide fumes while they slept said reports on Tuesday.

The two children, six and 10, and their parents breathed in highly toxic aluminium phosphide which leaked from a house next-door in the Red Sea city of Jeddah for several hours at night, media reports said.

Attacks 'could happen anywhere'

WASHINGTON - ATTACKS like the one that killed 172 people in Mumbai in November could happen anywhere in the world, FBI director Robert Mueller has warned on Tuesday.

"How many other cities around the world could fall prey to such an attack? How many cities here, in the United States?" Mr Mueller said in a presentation to the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington.
