LOS ANGELES - RECORDING company Sony Music Entertainment has joined Vevo, an online music video site due to launch this year with the backing of Universal Music Group and YouTube.

The longest lines at E3, the three-day trade show wrapping up on Thursday in Los Angeles, have been for glimpses of the next installments in long-running franchises such as Nintendo's 'Legend of Zelda' and Sony's 'God of War' series.

Rare baby rhino in Madrid

MADRID - THE MADRID zoo is showing off a baby white rhino that is only the third in the world to have been conceived through artificial insemination.

The male rhino was born in late April and unveiled this week.

'Sex' censored on search engine

SYDNEY - BING, Microsoft's new search engine, is uneven in its response to searches including the word 'sex', reported media on Thursday.

In Europe, Australian and the US, Bing users can search with the word 'sex' and receive thousands of results which can be accessed directly from results page, due to a new feature of the program.
