A WOMAN lost her wallet to a snatch thief on Thursday at Jurong West St 65.
The woman, who is in her 50s, was walking near Block 617 at about 3.20pm when a man approached her from behind and grabbed it from her before fleeing in the direction of Block 613.
The wallet contained her personal belongings and documents.
A passer-by gave chase, but did not manage to catch the culprit.
The thief had a slim build, looked to be about 1.6m tall, and had a fair complexion. He was last seen wearing a white jacket with blue stripes as well as a pair of pants.
