THE official medal design for the upcoming Asian Youth Games (AYG) was unveiled on Tuesday evening at the 2nd Singapore Sports Networking Session.

It will have the AYG logo as its centrepiece, proclaiming the Olympic values of 'Excellence, Respect and Friendship' while featured on the reverse side will be the Games' mascot Frasia and an orchid - a national symbol representing Singapore as host nation of the inaugural event.
