MALAYSIA'S new massive customs, immigration and quarantine facility, named the Sultan Iskandar Complex, was in full operation for the first time on Tuesday.
Located at the Causeway, the RM$1.3 billion (S$540 million) multi-storey facility was first opened to vehicles two weeks ago on Dec 2 for motorists to acquaint themselves with it even though immigration checks were still being carried out at the old terminal.
