JAKARTA - INDONESIA'S president on Thursday urged his political rivals to take any complaints about last week's elections to court instead of stirring up the public with allegations of wrongdoing and fraud.

 
Charges against Time dropped

JAKARTA - INDONESDIA top court cleared Time Magazine of charges it had defamed former dictator Suharto in a cover story, saying on Thursday the publication would not have to pay US$106 million (S$159 million) to his estate.
