NEW YORK - THE head writer for the MTV Movie Awards has settled the debate: the stunt involving Sacha Baron Cohen and Eminem at the MTV Movie Awards was completely planned.

LOS ANGELES - WINNIE-the-Pooh, the honey-loving, cuddly bear beloved by generations of children, is to hit the big screen again in 2011 with another animated version of his adventures, US media said on Tuesday.

PARIS - FRENCH fashion house Christian Lacroix was placed under administration on Tuesday after filing for bankruptcy protection last week because of the global financial crisis, the company's lawyer told AFP.
Kidman denies adoption plans

SYDNEY - ACTRESS Nicole Kidman has denied she and husband Keith Urban are seeking to adopt a child from Vietnam, labelling the claims made in Australian magazine, New Idea as "rubbish".

The front cover of New Idea pointed to a story about Kidman's planned adoption of a baby boy, with the article stating the star couple had contacted the Vietnamese government, via the US embassy, to discuss an adoption.
