WASHINGTON - THE Supreme Court granted on Monday a US government appeal and ordered more consideration of a US$550,000 (S$812,300) fine against CBS Corp television stations for airing a glimpse of pop singer Janet Jackson's breast during the 2004 Super Bowl broadcast.
