WASHINGTON - US ACTOR and comedian Robin Williams was recovering from 'successful' heart surgery at an Ohio clinic on Monday, his spokesman said.

The 57-year-old funny man who starred in 'Good Will Hunting,' 'Good Morning, Vietnam,' and 'Mork & Mindy' went under the knife to replace his aortic valve, repair his mitral valve, and correct an irregular heart beat, a statement from his publicist said.
