WASHINGTON - PRESIDENT Barack Obama's young daughters Malia and Sasha got a huge surprise when they got home from school on Wednesday - a brand new swing set, climbing frame and slide outside the Oval Office.

The new wooden playground, clearly visible on the grounds of the presidential mansion, includes a tire for swinging on, a steering wheel and a green roof.

 
De Niro, Pacino sue over ad

NEW YORK - ACTORS Robert De Niro and Al Pacino are teaming up in a lawsuit against a movie distributor and a watch company they say used their likenesses without permission.

De Niro and Pacino said in the lawsuit filed in US District Court in Manhattan on Wednesday that they never authorised a commercial tie-in between Tutima watches and the movie 'Righteous Kill.' They sought unspecified damages.

Jacko sues auction house

LOS ANGELES - MICHAEL Jackson has filed a lawsuit to try to stop the scheduled auction of thousands of his personal possessions.

The King of Pop's company, MJJ Productions, filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday against Julien's Auction House.

Playboy to auction drawings

CHICAGO - THE 'Playboy - I Read It For The Art' auction will offer up 17 original drawings and illustrations from the Chicago-based magazine's archives.

The pieces will be available both online and onsite at Dallas-based Heritage Auction Galleries on March 12.
