In mainland China, over 13,000 in mainland hospital, 104 with serious kidney ailments. Close to 40,000 others have been affected but have not needed major treatment.
In Hong Kong: Five children.
In Macau: One child.
In Taiwan: Four children and one adult.
INVESTIGATED: 154 out of a total of 290 milk powder companies in China.
TAINTED: 31 batches of milk powder from 20 companies - mostly products for adults. Out of the 20 companies identified, 15 had not been named after previous testing. Previous testing showed 69 batches of tainted milk products from 22 companies.
ARRESTED: 27 people.
