FOOTBALL By The Bay could soon become a reality with the Lions kicking off the world's first football match on a floating platform against Paraguay in February.
On Monday, the Football Association of Singapore confirmed that negotiations are underway to bring the South American team for an international friendly at the Marina Bay Floating Platform.
An FAS spokesman said: 'We are still in talks with the promoters to bring Paraguay here.
