Man fell to death 'trying to retrieve $20 mobile phone earpiece'
An office worker fell seven storeys to his death after apparently climbing out onto a ledge to retrieve his $20 mobile phone earpiece, a coroner's inquiry heard on Wednesday.
Mr Lim Seng Choon, 37, is believed to have slipped in the rain after dropping his Bluetooth device onto the 1m-wide parapet last Aug 15.
The technical director's body was later found face down at the foot of the office block.
On Wednesday, the inquiry found that his death was an accident and no foul play was involved.
