A MAN who had sex with an underaged girl was jailed for two months on Thursday.
Muhammad Nizam Haris, 21, admitted to having sex with the 14-year-old girl at her home in March last year.
She became pregnant as a result and KK Women's and Children's Hospital alerted the police about the underaged pregnancy. The teenager had an abortion.
Muhammad Nizam could have been jailed for up to five years and fined up to $10,000 under the Women's Charter.
