A FAMILY of eight Singaporeans were injured after the car they were in overturned on Malaysia's North-South Highway on Sunday afternoon.
The crash happened in Tangkak, Johor, at about 4pm; as the Singaporeans were on their way home from Selangor.
It is believed that the left rear tyre of the multi-purpose vehicle burst. This caused the car to skid off the road and flip several times before coming to a stop. No other car was involved.
The four men and four women were taken to the Muar Hospital, with injuries such as fractures.
