Go clubbing for charity
By E-von Yeung

YOU can now dance the night away and do your part for charity - both at the same time.

Singapore's first charity clubbing event, called Clubbing for Cause, broke the mould of usual fundraisers with the unusual, heady mix of clubbing and charity.

Even those who don't usually go clubbing made an exception.

Said university student Kenneth Lee: 'This is my first time clubbing. I think it's for a worthy cause.'

All proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, Singapore.

Held at Butter Factory, the event garnered $3000 from the 300 tickets sold.
