AN ELDERLY woman was robbed of her gold chain last Saturday afternoon.
She was walking along Block 156, Mei Ling Street when a man came up next to her and grabbed her chain worth $300.
Though she tried to give chase, he ran in the direction of Queenstown MRT and she lost sight of him.
The woman, who is in her early 70s, said the man looked to be between 20 and 30 years old and about 1.7m tall. SHe also could only recall that he was of medium build with short hair and wearing a white T-shirt.
