A MAN was charged in court on Monday with spraying insecticide on the face of a cabby at a road junction.
Tan Yeuk Theng, 49, allegedly caused hurt to Mr Goh Kian Hock, 36, with the deleterious substance at the junction of Yishun Avenue Street 11 with Yishun Avenue 5 on July 23 last year.
Bail of $10,000 was set.
If convicted he faces a jail term of up to seven years or fine or caning or any combined sentence.
