SEVEN men, aged between 23 to 38 years, were arrested on Wednesday for suspected involvement in a loan-sharking syndicate.
The group is believed to be linked to about 350 harassment reports island-wide and also operates overseas.
Five of the suspects were arrested in a raid at several locations including Senja Road, Jurong Point, Yung Ping Road, Redhill Close and Yio Chu Kang. The remaining two were nabbed at Woodlands Checkpoint as they were returning to Singapore.
