FANS can watch the inaugural Asian Youth Games (AYG) from June 29-July 7 on television - in addition to live action online.
Official broadcaster StarHub TV is dedicating four channels (Ch 118-121) to the Games' broadcast - at no additional cost to subscribers.
Non-subscribers can also enjoy live coverage of the Games, including the opening ceremony, aquatics and table tennis, free of charge via the Preview Channel (Ch 01).
Digital Terrestrial Television (DTTV) customers will be able to receive the same programme feed on DTTV Ch 20.
The sports enthusiast on the go need not fret.
StarHub Mobile post-paid 3G customers will be able to tune in to all four AYG channels live, via the Gee! portal - without incurring additional charges for data usage.
Viewers can refer to the On-screen TV Guide or StarHub's Online Programme Guide at www.starhub.com/tv for the updated telecast schedule of the AYG.
About 1,400 athletes and several hundred officials from 45 countries are expected for the AYG, a test event for next year's Youth Olympic Games.
Nine sports - including aquatics, athletics, 3-on-3 basketball, beach volleyball, football, shooting and table tennis - will be featured.
