SINGAPORE is back in a top 20 list of the world's most liveable cities.
Compiled by London-based global affairs magazine Monocle, it puts Singapore at No. 18, a jump of four places from last year.
It was placed 17th in 2007.
The latest rankings see Zurich clinching top spot, followed by Copenhagen and Tokyo.
Another Asian city in the top 20 is Fukuoka, at No. 16.
The survey, reported in the July/August issue, said Singapore is 'adding a softer side to its reputation as a business city'.
