THE Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking public feedback on new designs for bus stop poles.
Three new bus stop pole designs will be installed at 20 bus stops in selected areas and feedback will be gathered from June to August.
The LTA said that since more than half of the 4,500 bus poles here are due to be replaced, it has decided to revamp the design as well.
New bus stop poles will come with distinctively coloured sign plates and bigger bus service numbers for easier reading.
It will also have a notice board for additional bus information if needed.
The three different bus pole designs will soon be seen at 20 bus stops in the Central Business District, town centres and selected housing estates.
