FROM Saturday onwards, StarHub 3G mobile postpaid customers can view some TV channels for free on their mobile phones.
The selected ones are Japanese animation channel Animax, Bloomberg and Mandarin news channel CTI TV. But users only get this free offer if they sign up before 30 June.
Users will also be able to view three new channels which StarHub has added to its Mobile TV list - Asian Food Channel, Bloomberg and children show JimJam.
For access to its full 11 channels which consist of sports, news, food and entertainment like CNN and Football channel, customers can choose to pay $1 per day for round the clock access.
Subscribers of StarHub TV on the Sports tier, though, can watch all these channels for free.
No additional charges will be incurred for data usage.
However, mobile TV is only available on the StarHub TV on Mobile application on smart phones such as the BlackBerry Storm and HTC Touch.
