LONDON-BASED entertainment company MSHK Group has dropped the lawsuits it filed against its former Singapore licensee, LifeBrandz, which used to operate the Ministry Of Sound (MOS) Singapore dance club and Kandi Bar by Hed Kandi in Clarke Quay.
Both MOS and Hed Kandi are franchised brands belonging to the MSHK Group, which was formerly known as MOS Holdings.
The lawsuits, filed between December 2007 and July 2008, alleged that LifeBrandz had breached certain terms and conditions of the licence agreement, including not playing the right genre of music.
The group also accused LifeBrandz of unauthorised use of the MOS logo.
The two parties declined to reveal the terms of the settlement.
