SINGAPORE Airlines has introduced software that lets customers use their Singapore mobile phones to check in and select seats on any SIA flight.
Previously, an SMS check-in service was available to frequent-flyer programme Krisflyer members only, and seat selection was not available through that service.
The new check-in software SIA Mobile can be downloaded for $2.20 by visiting m.singaporeair.com on a mobile web browser, and data charges apply during use.
