PLANS for a top-drawer leisure attraction in Sembawang appear to have fallen by the wayside.
Admiral Hill, which was to have risen on the site of the Old Admiralty House - a national monument - by October 2007 now has little besides a swimming pool, steam and sauna rooms and tennis courts.
Few of the plans which developer Yess Group had announced to much fanfare almost two years ago have come to fruition.
