INTERNET service providers (ISPs) have slashed monthly subscription prices to woo cost-conscious customers.
These price cuts, say experts, may well ignite an all-out price war later this year, when ISPs try to lock in customers ahead of the partial launch of Singapore's next speed upgrade of its broadband network next year.
Several months ago, StarHub dropped its entry-level broadband plan to $27, from $30 previously.
