A COOK was fined $500 on Monday for molesting a 15-year-old male student in Clementi last year.
Goh Sin Choon, 49, admitted touching the left buttock of the teenager when he emerged from a toilet on the second floor of Block 344 Clementi Avenue 3 last July 6.
Goh's hand was still on his buttock when the victim turned around. The student brushed Goh's hand away and left the building before calling the cops.
Police did not nab Goh immediately but caught him a month later when the victim spotted him again.
Goh could have been jailed for up to two years, fined, or caned.
